i have been waiting since feb for my items LO821154018CN like to know where it is as it should be in australia by now but is not so i would like to know where it is thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO821154018CN was shipped from China to Australia on Mar 13. It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Australia. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and parcel delay. Many parcels shipped in February are still in China. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

hang on i saw that china is back at work i dont understand if u guys have been at work sureley you guys would have put it on a plane by now i understand the virus but you guy have been back at work for 2 weeks now.it can be a lnog hold like that if they are back to work sorry .i hope u understand thanks

China Post has back work. But airline between China and Australia has not back to normal. Australia and China government still ban most passenger airlines between these two countries. China Post still has no shipping space.
