Hello can you help me with tracking my parcel. I know only that is my package is in transit for nearly 60 days, and the status don't change.I hope you can help me thanks. This is the tracking number LE726068596CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LE726068596CN was shipped from China to Poland on mar 20. It is still in GUANGZHOU airport waiting for flight space to Poland.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Poland. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives Poland, Poland post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
