Hello, I've shipped 2 boxes but only 1 arrived.
The one missing is CP372652194CN number.
Please help me find it!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP372652194CN shows the parcel arrived Lisbon on Dec 28, then it is transferred to Angola on Dec 30. Not sure where it is now.

Normally it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to reach Angola to Lisbon. If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute for refund.
