I track my parcel and i would say that there is something unusual happening. Why does it say import customs clearance in Shenzhen and not Export? Does that mean that the seller wrote wrong address? My track number LE700229438CN

import customs clearance in Shenzhen means the parcel was returned by Shenzhen customs. This is bad news which means the parcel has something not allowed by customs check point. Your parcel might have some copyright , safety issue.

What is the best option to do now? It was ordered on AliExpress. Does that mean that the parcel won’t reach destination country?

you can not get this parcel in future. it was returned.

I suggest you open dispute to aliexpress for refund.

Thank you. Opened dispute. Hope i'll get a refund. Seller keeps telling me to wait a little bit more because it is still within estimated delivering time for Slovenia.
