RB805093071SG has nothing to do with china post, it is Singapore Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item.

Singapore Post website shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 28, no further info about this parcel.

Normally parcel from Singapore to Tanzania might take 4 to 8 weeks, you might need wait some more time.
