RP633598870CN This parcel was shipped from Shenzhen on 4 July 2019 and I dont know where is it?... On trackcing website says it on the route why it took so long time. What can i do? Maybe this parcel lost! Do ı open dispute?

RP633598870CN was shipped in Jul 4. If you have not got it, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
