Hi,

Could you please let me know where is my parcel now?

Also Post NL is not receiving your updates, why is that?

They still see that the parcel is in customs clearance.. So their latest update is 2 months old.. Could you please update them?

I am trying to change the delivery address but they still think that the parcel is in customs clearance....

CC073294019NL arrived China in Jun but none pay duty and pickup the parcel from Guangzhou customs. i was returned to Netherlands on Jul 31. It is on way back to shipper, normally shipper will take 4 to 12 weeks to get the return.
