hi, my parcel with the tracking number LM206014309CN has been telling me now for quite a while that it is "held by custom" in frankfurt - but i cannot track it on the DHL website. What do I do now? how long do i need to wait for my parcel?

the parcel LM206014309CN is in Germany Post system. China Post does not control this parcel anymore.

You can try to call Germany Post (DHL paket) to inquiry delivery detail. If they can not find the parcel, open dispute to seller for lost parcel compensation.
