CC075612253NL has no arrival record in china post system. It might be in China customs ,or might be lost in some transit airport before arriving China.

You need file investigation with Netherlands Post and claim lost parcel compensation.

I see. It is regular airmail, not epacket/ems. I made mistake. The parcel arrived Guangzhou on Oct 30. But it is very strange. The parcel is going export from china. Normally this means the parcel is returning back to Netherlands or transit to third country.

Destination is not China?

We only know is going out of china. Not sure final destination is Singapore or back to Netherlands .

Normally, If the address in the parcel does not show singapore, The parcel will be returned back to Netherlands because china post workers do not know where is its real destination. It can only be returned to original country by default.
