As the title says, i would like to know what happened to it since it is in transit for more than 1 month

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV274710042CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 10.
China Post will lost control of such airmail parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Normally register airmail parcel from China to Italy normally will take about 4 to 8 weeks. You need wait some more time.
