I have two packages that I’ve ordered a month ago and they are still not here order number is (LY190478854CN) and the other one is ( LN85188364CN ) this is my first time and first experience with you guys

LN85188364CN is wrong number. China post number has 13 digits.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY190478854CN was shipped from China to USA on April 30 . It is still in Nanchang airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, you can use same tracking number LY190478854CN to track it in USPS website (www.usps.com).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
