It has been in customs since 15th September. When will it be deliver.?

ET290472063AU arrived in Guangzhou on Sep 16. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
