I have not received my package which was ordered in August 2026. I would like a complete refund. This is very frustrating I have sent numerous emails but no help at all. Ordered from Nicola Anna Kenney order 1007 shows tracking of HHD8387802841YQ.

HHD8387802841YQ is not from China Post. It is from a private shipping agent HHD. HHD website shows the item was delivered in Golden 80403 on Sep 15.

If you didn't get the item, please open dispute to your seller or call your credit card bank for refund.
