CP415744200CN is a cheap low priority SAL parcel.

Compared to regular airmail parcels, this SAL (Surface Air Lift) parcel has a very low priority, and its arrival time is highly uncertain. Generally, it waits in line for leftover, low-cost space on flights (status updates usually take about a month). When air capacity is tight, it may be shipped via surface mail/sea freight (taking up to 3 months for a status update).

The seller likely chose SAL to save on shipping costs, or perhaps the package was too heavy for airlines to accept, leaving ocean freight as the only option.
