Can you tell me where my package is? Number CP297598580PL. Since 07.01.2025 it shows that it's been presented to import Customs in Zhengzhou. Why is it there for such a long time?

CP297598580PL arrived Zhengzhou on Jan 7. The receiver did not make customs clearance. Normally this is caused by following two factors:
1)Shipper does not print receiver's phone number in the parcel. So China Post can not send notification text message to receiver for customs clearance purpose. In this case, please ask receiver to call 11185 and they will guide receiver to make customs clearance in person.

2)The receiver does not want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. This open happens when the parcel is a return for refund. If this is your case, China Post can't do anything for you. You need to contact your marketplace to file complaint or call your bank to file charge back against fraud.
