Good day

I would like to get help tracking my parcel. My local postal office says it hasn’t entered the country but my seller said it did. Can you help me with it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV456846614CN shows the parcel just arrived Mexico(transit airport) on Nov 10 but not arrived EL Salvador yet. You need wait 2 to 3 more weeks.
