I was wondering where my package CP412506387CN is? I received a text saying it was shipped on June 7th 2020 from china and the tracking system says it arrived to the U.S. on August 7th but I have yet to receive it! I understand shipping is delayed due to the pandemic but why has it just been sitting in New York for almost a month now?!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP412506387CN shows the parcel arrived New York on Aug 7. It never shows up again. It is still in US customs.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new update by Sep 10, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
