Hi;
I am wondering what happened to my package. It stated that it was cleared by customs and now it says that it has been "returned".
When will I receive it ?
I am in canada

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ228032692CN shows the parcel was returned to shipper on Aug 13. You can not get it in future.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
