I returned a package to China from the United States. It left the United States on April 16, 2020. The tracking has not been updated since it left the United States. Is there a way to find my package? The US customs number for my package is UH023834475US. I used the USPS to ship it.

Hi, it seems like you sent your staff using First-Class Package International Service for which there is no tracking available in China.

Info from this web: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=805 : "Only USPS register mail and Express Mail can be tracked with delivery status. USPS first class Mail can NOT be tracked in China, you can not even know if it has arrived China or not." ; "However, USPS 1st class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. So China Post simply deliver it as a letter , but does not scan and update the delivery status in tracking database. Therefore, none can know the actual arrival and delivery information."

The lastest updates is Your item departed a transfer airport in JOHN F KENNEDY INTL, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES on April 16, 2020 at 10:04 pm. then no updates since then.suggest you contact USPS for the delivery details.

I did check with USPS and they can’t track it either. All I can do is rely on a scammer company to tell me if my return arrived so that they can give me my refund. Of course they say no because they don’t want to give me a refund.
