It has been 3 months and my package has still not been delivered.
My order still says handed over to airlines and has been like that for 2 months now?

The parcel was received by China Post on May 12 and has been handed over to airlines on May.16 in Shanghai, once it arrive in Canada, the China Post website will show the arrival info.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows the average time for a parcel to Canada about 54days, but some parcel did take 89days to arrive, your parcel is slower than the average time, so I'd suggest you watch for your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if it is running out soon, or open dispute for a refund.

do you have an idea of when it will get to Canada? It says it has been handed over to airlines for 2 months now?

We are not sure when it will arrive in Canada. your parcel is slower than the average wait time for a parcel to Canada, suggest you watch for your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if it is running out soon, or open dispute for a refund.
