Post WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

The location is ‘NULL’ the status is ‘ORDER INFORMATION RECEIVED’. It’s been like this for like 3-4 weeks now basically a month. I want a tracking number that tells me when I should be receiving my package or when it has arrived in the UNITED KINGDOM.

What is your tracking no.? Anyway if the location is ‘NULL’ the status is ‘ORDER INFORMATION RECEIVED’ it means the package has not been given to China Post yet, only a label is created. You need push seller to ship it, or claim refund
