It’s been almost 2 months since I’ve been waiting on this package and I have yet to receive it. What is going on? I get that flights in China have been canceled but I need an actual answer for this. And the company won’t give me a refund. They keep saying “it’s on its way just wait”

Last update was on May 16, 2020 (Shanghai, delivered to air transport)

LS292700188CN is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA since May 16 . Our stats shows average waiting time to USA takes 50 days, you need some more time to see update.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show new status with USA location.
