Order # SFY181146, Tracking # LY197780429CN
The most recent information I received, which was over 2 weeks ago, said that my order was “en route”. Order was placed late in April. Where is it? ‘’En Route” to where?

LY197780429CN was sent to Shanghai airport on May 11. it is still there waiting for flight to USA.

Based on our latest stat, average waiting time to USA is about 50 days, you need some patience.
