Where is my package I ordered it April 22 2020 tracking number. LY194635609CN I’m still waiting

LY194635609CN was shipped from Hangzhou on Apr 25. it was delayed there for about one month and was finally sent to Shanghai airport on may 18. It is still in Shanghai waiting for flight space toUSA.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY194635609CN shows China Post received the package on April 25th and the package is still waiting for flight out since May 18

China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics report http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows that on average it takes 50 days to arrive USA, but some parcel took 115 days to arrive
