I ordered something on april 10th and it shipped on april 14 but i still don't have my items almost a month and a half later. please help locate them, at this point I want to cancel the order. tracking number is LY140666996CN.

LY140666996CN was shipped from Hangzhou on Apr 14. It delayed in Hangzhou for one month and failed to catch any flight. China Post then sent it to Shanghai airport on May 7. It is still waiting for flight space to USA. I believe you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get your parcel.

Once parcel arrives USA, http://www.usps.com will show local status.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY140666996CN shows the parcel is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to USA.

China Post is suffering airline shortage since February.

China and USA government are still fighting against each other on how to increase airlines between these two countries. Now almost 90% airlines are closed. US government plans to shut off 100% airlines from China on June 15. Not sure if this will become reality or just a threat.

Latest news is that China government will give some concession to Trump administration and release more air route quota to American commercial airlines. We hope these two crazy governments will make a deal in the last moment. Otherwise the delay will become worse.
