Hi, my package was sended about 67 days ago and continued says that its "on route", it took to long. Please, can i get more info on what is going on with my package?

LX053177092CN was shipped by seller on Mar 11. It was delayed in Shanghai for one month. China Post sent this item to shanghai airport on April 26. It is still waiting for flight to Mexico.

covid19 crisis has cancelled most flights from China to Mexico and caused serious delay.

Our stats since early 2020, average arrival time from China to Mexico takes about 8 weeks, maximum waiting time can take up to 15 weeks. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. You need some patient.
