RV390101873CN this is my tracking number, but it is showing that there is no shipping records found. talked to my provider and they said that it is already transferred here. but im have'nt got any packages from them. please help! thank you!

It means your seller has created tracking number but didn't sent it yet. You have to open up claim on aliexpress push him sent your goods.
