My package was received at the post on April 26 2020 but there has not been any updates on my package since then. The tracking # is LY167466548CN. It has been two weeks. Is it lost? Where is it?

you need write tracking number in your question, otherwise none can help you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LY167466548CN was sent to Tianjin airport on April 27. It is still in Tianjin airport waiting for flight to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage and bad delay.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is not expiring, I suggest you keep waiting. Otherwise open dispute for refund.
