http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LZ056827340CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Germany on April 28. It was sent to Guangzhou airport on April 29. It is still in Guangzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to Germany. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

china post has their own planes or they use other airline cargo like SF Airlines or use passenger aircraft?

90% of China post parcels were shipped through the spare luggage space in the bottom of passenger airline. As covid-19 cancelled most of international airline in China, China Post is suffering serious airline space shortage.

China Post began to rent railway space to Europe and some cargo flight to North America and Europe since mid of April. So average shipping time is improving now.
