tracking number is LN845917196CN
ordered on april 4th.
today is may 5th.
any idea where it is ? and why it still says it has left country of origin since april 12th?, but USPS says it is still in China awaiting shipment?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel LN845917196CN was shipped on APril 9. It was sent to airport again on April 12. it is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. So some delay is normal, no need worry. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, you can use same tracking number LN845917196CN to track it in USPS website (www.usps.com).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
