On 13 March 2020, I ordered from the site "Hillorest.com". The tracking number is: LS268115449CN. This is what I have so far:

How often do you update your tracking? Is this parcel on an airplane or on a ship headed to the United States? It's been "Forty-one (41) days so far". How long will this take?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS268115449CN was shipped from Chengdu to USA on Mar 18.

In past 60 days, china cancelled more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. You need some patient. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.

From 16 March to 27 April 2020 and this package is still in Chengdu? What does it mean by “Security Return”?
Question? Was my package returned of sent to the United States. This is very confusing!

chengdu airport safety check point returned this parcel to China Post on April 27. Not sure reject reason. But China Post sent this parcel to Chengdu airport again on April 27. Not sure if it can pass the safety scan this time. you need wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

normally such electronic keyboard might have battery inside which will cause safety issue to plane. so it might be double scanned. you need wait one or two more weeks and see what will happen.

Good evening. So where is the parcel now since it has been sitting back/forth to Chengdu Airport? It seems as this package has been listed as going through so many people just to ship an item. Where is this package now?
