Good afternoon. My tracking number is: CP403343133CN. Where is my package, why status stopped updating and when I receive my package ? It was sent from China to USA ( Texas ). Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel CP403343133CN was sent to USA from SHANGHAI on April 14. It is still in SHANGHAI airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to USA. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to paypal/Aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
