Could you please tell me where my package is. I ordered it on 3/19/20, Tracking #LS261951932CN. It says it encounters to USA but nothing else. I have sent messages to seller who is Conveneshop and they have not gotten back to me. This is bad business.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS261951932CN was just shipped from Shenyang to USA on Mar 22. It is still in China

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from China. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen.

After parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
