Hi,

I ordered a product on 3/20/2020, The tracking no. is LS262484471CN. It shows as enroute but there has been no update since 3/21/2020.

Can you please tell me the status of the shipment.

LS262484471CN is still in Fuzhou airport waiting for flight space.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space. You need some patient at this difficult time.

China Post parcel will be delivered by USPS in your country. Once parcel arrives USA, USPS will show arrival information.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
