Dear members!

I ordered an important item and its costs only half of its original price ,so its important to deliver it sucessfully. The tracking number is : CP413985605CN , the last report was on march 5 that the "flight departured" or "consigment departure". I hope you can help me find my package.

I believe you tracking website gave you misleading tracking result. CP413985605CN was sent to airline on Mar 5, it is still in China now.

Coronavirus has cancelled 80% airlines from China to Europe. China post has not to reserve limited. airline space for high priority parcels . Highest priority is EMS, then ePacket, then airmail, and the last is air/sea combined parcel which is your parcel. this means you have much longer time to wait.

I am not sure why your seller select the cheapest and slowest shipping service, maybe this is the reason they can sell you cheap price.

The quick question is : my package will arrive 100% but i have to wait, that's what you say?

99% will arrive. but arrival time hard to predict. our record shows some CP***CN parcels takes more than half year to arrive in serious shipping space shortage period .

If your buyer protection time is expiring, you should open dispute to seller for refund first. after parcel arrives, pay back to seller.

And what if I not received tracking number and the package was ordered 5 weeks ago?
