Hi, my order track number is RV309947449CN i was wondering where i can reclaim it in the city, its says "Incorrect address" but i gave the correct one. So maybe i can personally go to the senders office.

Colombia Post website (4-72) shows RV309947449CN is in PO.SANTA MARTA, Domicilio cerrado para la entrega por 1ra vez. !Intentaremos de nuevo¡.

Please contact 4-72 to pickup your parcel. If you are not in that address, it means your seller used other people's tracking number to cheat your money. You need open dispute to PayPal/aliexpress against fraud.
