Hi I have not received any updates on my package since December 11 2019. It's been in transit for 32 days now. I need some answers. Thanks. My tracking number is LW296353047CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW296353047CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on DEC 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Many parcels shipped from Guangzhou in early Dec are suffering 20 to 30 days . You need some patient to wait. Once USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund.

Do you know around what date I will be receiving it because I have been waiting for almost 2 months ? thanks .

you can not exact arrival time. Some parcel shipped on early January 2020 has arrived USA but also some parcel shipped in Nov 2019 has not arrived USA.

Again,If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund, otherwise keep waiting.
