Hello. I haven't received any updates for my package in 2 months. How do I find more info on where my package is? CP381374193CN

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive USA in 4 to 8 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

You can not see new update during these 4 to 8 weeks transit time. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show its arrival information.
