Good luck on contacting anyone. Their phone service is a J O K E. Don't bother calling, will be a waste of time. Placed my order on 12-12-19...still nothing. You won't get a reply from your post either.

usps.com shows LW318841239CN has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 10:56 am on December 28, 2019.
