hello i have not been able to track my package for about 10 days please tell me where my package is and when will it be delivered. Tracking number is LW298356664CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW298356664CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Fuzhou office to US on Dec 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Fuzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, such no-information period can take 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

When I check the tracking on parcelsapp.com it says "Estimated date of arrival at the post office
19 Dec 2019 - 20 Dec 2019, 1 - 2 days remaining"

what does this mean? does it mean that it will be at US post office by that date.

LW298356664CN was shipped on Dec 13. It can not arrive USA before Xmas. You should not trust parcelapp.com so called "estimated date of arrival".
