Hello,

My tracking number is: CP279480235CN
I chose the slow option, so 2 to 3-month delivery.
However, I gave the package to China Post in Shanghai on October 8, and it seems like it hasn't moved much since, so I am beginning to worry. Can you please tell me where is my package, and if it is on its way?

CP279480235CN should have left China. Once the parcel is outside China, its tracking result will stuck at its last China location(in your case, Shanghai) for 2 to 6 months.

Once parcel arrives France, you can use CP279480235CN to track its status in France Post(la poste) website, you will see location in France. But this might be 2 to 6 months later. You need wait long time.

Is there a website where I can track it outside of China?
When I try the French Post, it says that it's not in France yet, but maybe it's in Germany for example. Is there a way to know where it is exactly at this moment? Since there is a tracking number, it should be possible at any moment to know exactly where it is.

Before the parcel arrives France, you can not track this parcel in any website and know where it is , because nobody scan this parcel when it is between China and France.

Hello, do you have any new information for my package number CP279480235CN?
On the China Post Tracking website, now it says "No shipping record" so I am REALLY starting to worry.......

CP279480235CN has no information. It should be transit through sea. You need wait up to half year to get such parcel in France.
