Hello. How long does a package take to arrive in Italy? I ordered a sweatshirt on September 6th.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO146759682CN shows your parcel were shipped on Sep 10. It should be outside China long time ago.

Normally such ePacket should arrive Italy in 10 to 20 days. Not sure why it has now showed up in Italy Post system. It might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Oct 15, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
