Hi,
I have ordered a package from MerchVD website with the LL657251625CN track number and now is more than a month that I have not received that, and it stuck in Frankfort
What should I do?

LL657251625CN arrived Germany Post on Aug 25 but failed delivery. Not sure failure reason, but normally it is caused by wrong address printed by shipper. The parcel was returned to China on Sep 5. You can not get this parcel anymore.

If you paid with paypal/ali express, you need open dispute for refund.
