since July 19 the result of the tracking is the same, it says that It is in my country, but it is still in the Departure Import customs and there have been no changes or updates for 12 days. I would like to know if there's a problem with the packages or why it's taking so long. Thank you

Correos Mexico website shows RV950299114CN just arrived Aguascalientes, Ags., Con mensajero para entrega.

You need contact Correos Mexico to pickup your parcel.
