Hello, I wanted to know why since 30/12/18 my order RN436445515CN does not change its status and says "Departure export customs", the order was made in November and I was told that I would arrive in less than 1 month.
I would appreciate a solution.

Saudi Post website Parcel arrived Olaya office - AR RIYADH on Nov 21 . But none pickup the parcel from P.O box, then it was returned to China.

China Post will not resend the parcel again. You need contact Seller to get the parcel resend. If seller does not help you, you can not get your parcel again.

I know he was in Riyadh, but they could not tell the shipment because there was no data on it! How can they give it to me !! ,, the seller since I made the request and he did not reply to my questions !! He also left the trade on site! The site says it is irresponsible !! How can I restore my right? I want you to kindly re-ship and I will give you the shipping fee if you have to
