package status hasn't updated since 19 december. tracking number is CP381861831CN

CP381861831CN is called china post sea/air combined parcel. If it is less than 2 kgs weight, it might take about 2 to 6 weeks to reach Azerbaijan . If it is over 2 kgs, it will go through truck and sea ship which is very very slow. you might need wait half year to get it.

it is online shopping and i have no idea about weight there wasn't any information about that. could you help me please how do I know package weight?
