My package EV812644971CN was shipped by an eBay seller on 27th of November.

There have been no updates regarding the tracking information or whatever. Is there any possibility of finding out what is going on? There is a musical instrument there, lying for 3+ weeks at some cold warehouse. Both me and the seller expected a 10-day delivery from EMS.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=EV812644971CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Qingdao office to Russian on Nov 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Russian Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Qingdao ,China or customs warehouse in Russian ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Russian Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Russian Post website will show its new status with Russian location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
