Shipped beginning of November, no tracking update. Confirmation number for shipping is LY944887164CN. Please help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY944887164CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
