Philippines Post website shows RM290748355CN arrived PHILIPPINES on Dec 1st, Enroute to delivery office.

Philippines Post normally does not make delivery, you need call your local post office and try to pickup the parcel. Philippines Post might charge you some handling fee.

My package has been showing "Enroute to delivery office" since December 1. What should I do next to get my package?

Your parcel now is in Philippines Post system. You need call Philippines Post to pickup the parcel.
