My order was placed over two months ago and I had received a text on June 26 saying my order was shipped. When I look up the tracking number today, LY316299824CN , it says “No shipping record!” Please help!

LY316299824CN is not valid tracking number.
suggest you contact the seller or the website which you order the purchase to open dispute for refund.
